United Health Foundation and APIASF Scholarship
Scholarship Details
The Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF) and the United Health Foundation have partnered to provide financial assistance to Asian and Pacific Islander students who plan to pursue a degree that will lead to a career in the health field.
Eligibility requirements:
1. Be of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity as defined by the U.S. Census
2. Be a citizen, national, or legal permanent resident of the United States. Citizens of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of Palau are also eligible to apply
3. Enrolling as a full-time, degree-seeking, second-year student in the upcoming academic year at an accredited U.S. college or university
4. Plan to pursue a degree that will lead to a career as a health care professional. Primary health care professionals include: general practitioners, internists, family practitioners, OB/GYNs, dentists, public health professionals, mental health professionals, nurses, physician assistants, and pharmacists
5. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0
6. Demonstrate a commitment to working in underserved communities
7. Students must reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, KS, MN, NC, NM, NV, NY, TN, TX, WA or WI.

Scholarship Details
The CBCF has awarded scholarships to talented and deserving students for nearly three decades. Each year, CBCF award more than 200 scholarships to students across the United States. Recipients demonstrate leadership ability through exemplary community service and academic talent, while other received need-based scholarships to reward their persistence in pursuing a quality education. CBCF scholarship programs support current or upcoming college students across a variety of disciplines.
Eligibility requirements:
1. Be a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident
2. Qualified applicants must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited academic institution
3. Have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale
4. Selected applicants will be qualified African-American or black students
This Scholarship is for student’s associates, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degrees

This Scholarship is for students with majors in the visual arts including architecture, ceramics, drawing, fashion, graphic design, illustration, interior design, painting, photography, sketching, video production and other decorative arts.

2. Qualified applicants must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited academic institution
3. Have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale
4. Be pursuing a major and career in a visual art
